Eating with a smaller spoon size will give you ample of time to process your food digestion in smaller portions. This will take more time to eat than a bigger spoon size.

Eating cereal or any other food with a smaller bowl is extremely effective in weight loss. Eating smaller portion of food always helps to lose weight.

This way you will consume the same amount of food but in small amounts. Digestion happens more often and you will feel that you have eaten a lot than with a bigger bowl or spoon.
